Dr. Jeff Poplarski is a doctor of sports and family chiropractic. He holds the position as Adjunct Full Professor at SUNY Farmingdale State University in the Sports Management and Biology Departments, and LIU Post in the Health, Physical Education, and Movement Science Departments. 
Jeffrey Edward Poplarski, DC, LLC's office is located in Amityville and first offers chiropractic care, along with massage threapy, cold laser therapy, physical therapy modalities, nutritional counseling, podiatry, sports medicine rehab, sports performance assessments and peak performance personal training. Dr. Jeff has also been the Sports Medicine Director at Five Towns College and has worked closely with the athletic department since 2016.
Dr. Jeffrey Poplarski is the Sports Medicine Director for the annual Stephen Siller "Tunnel to Towers 5K Run". Dr Jeffrey Poplarski is the recipient of the 2011 and 2015 Farmingdale College Foundation Award for "Excellence in Teaching". Dr. Jeff was also appointed by the United States Golf Association (USGA) as the Chairman of the Practice Rounds and Caddy Committee for seven U.S. Open Championships.
