Men's Soccer Signs James Habert

Dix Hills, N.Y. - The Five Towns College men's soccer team has signed James Habert. Habert is the first student-athlete of the early signing period for Five Towns College Athletics

Habert, a midfielder from Malverne, New York, played for Malverne High School and the Lynbrook/East Rockaway Sting. He was named as an All-Conference player in Nassau County's A3 Conference.

"James is a versatile midfielder who can play either middle of the park or on the wing. His high soccer IQ along with his ability to pick out the right pass will help make an immediate impact. His high maturity and character will help our program get to the next level both on and off the field." stated head coach Jason Fiscina.

After a successful inaugural 2019 season, ending with a record of 9-4-1, the men's soccer team will look to compete as a nationally ranked team next season. The Sound ranked as high as #9 in the USCAA Coaches Poll last season.
