Maria Medina-Mata, a guard from Chicago, Illinois will enter the 2020-21 season as a Junior for the Five Towns College Sound women's basketball team. 
Maria Medina-Mata, currently is the head coach for the girls tennis team for Solorio Academy High School and was the captain for the 2017-18 Solorio Academy High School girls basketball team led by coach Arnell Seifer.
