Jason Fiscina was named the head coach of the Five Towns College men's soccer team on December 14, 2018. Fiscina led the Five Towns Sound to a 9-4-1 record in its inaugural season in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC), which included a win on October 23, 2019 over #1 ranked Berkeley (NY) and an appearance in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) semifinals.
 
Jason Fiscina, who prior to being named head coach of the Five Towns College men's soccer team, from 2011-2015 was the director of basketball operations and assistant coach at Molloy College, which included the 2012-13 season where Molloy College was 18-10 with a 13-5 record in the East Coast Conference Semifinals; the best season in school history. 
 
Jason Fiscina, was also a member of the Molloy College men's soccer team from 2007-2008, which included being apart of the team which went to the NCAA regionals.
