Men's Soccer Signs Nick Guardino

Men's Soccer Signs Nick Guardino

Dix Hills, N.Y. - The Five Towns College men's soccer team has signed Nick Guardino.

Guardino, a midfielder from Patchogue, New York, played for the Patchogue-Medford High School Raiders, and was also a member of the SUSA Academy EDP team.

"Nick is a gritty midfielder who contributes on both ends of the field. His work ethic is contagious and will help make our program better everyday.  He will help us both win the ball and keep possession with his high soccer IQ and ability to make the right pass." stated head coach Jason Fiscina. "Having played at such a high profile club like SUSA, Nick will bring instant credibility to our program especially when it comes to recruiting Long Island soccer players."

After a successful inaugural 2019 season, ending with a record of 9-4-1, the men's soccer team will look to compete as a nationally ranked team next season. The Sound ranked as high as #9 in the USCAA Coaches Poll last season.
