Men's Soccer Signs Juan Lopez

Dix Hills, N.Y. - The Five Towns College men's soccer team has signed Juan Lopez.

Lopez, a midfielder from Mineola, NY, played at Mineola High School and also played for the Dinhos (Colombia) club team. At Mineola, Lopez was team captain and was named as an All-County Honorable Mention. In two years at the varsity level, he scored three goals and tallied 12 assists. Lopez participated in the Nassau/Suffolk Senior All-Star game and was a member of the 2019 A3 Co-Conference Champions. He was awarded the Christian Melendez Memorial Award by Nassau coaches, in honor of a former Mineola teammate.

“Juan is a dynamic, hardworking midfielder and was one of the most skilled players in all of Nassau County. His soccer IQ and ability to make others better around him will lead to him making an immediate impact on our program.” stated head coach Jason Fiscina.
