Despite shooting 24.1% from the field as a team, the Sound controlled the tempo and forced 29 turnovers, turning defensive pressure into key possessions late in the fourth quarter. Five Towns closed the game on a 19-point fourth quarter to secure the victory.
Bryant & Stratton – Albany was led by Shailyn Woodson with 14 points and Mei-Lin Calliste with 13 points, but the visitors struggled offensively in the second half, shooting just 21.7% over the final two quarters.
