Women's Volleyball Signs Briana Marmolejos

Dix Hills, N.Y. - The Five Towns College women's volleyball team has signed Briana Marmolejos.

Marmolejos, a libero from the Bronx, New York, was a member of the Preston High School Varsity team. She has been a member of the Legacy Volleyball Club for the past three years and has competed with the 16 Regionals, 17 Premier, and 18 Nationals teams.

"I am extremely elated to have Briana joining our team and family here at Five Towns. I have watched her develop for the past two years and become a strong defensive player with a vast sense of the game. She displays leadership and heart on the court." stated head coach Christy Herring. "Coupling Briana with our senior libero Emily Angelastro has jumped our defensive game to a whole new level. Her commitment to Five Towns is a testament to her dedication, hardwork, and academic accolades. I look forward to coaching her in the next level of her volleyball journey and am excited that she and her parents have entrusted this next phase of her life to myself, my staff, and the community at Five Towns College. Welcome to the family, Briana!"
